All payments are carried through credit cards, no cash payments are available

We highly advise remembering to end sessions, in case of forgetting please contact the customer support of the app who will verify and end the sessions for you. In case you forgot to raise the issue. The app will assume that you are still in session and will charge a day pass amount by the end of day.

We use a global and verified online payment partner, checkout.com, thus all payments are highly secure

It is possible that we have not expanded to your area yet, please share an email with hello@allup.app requesting your area and we will inform you once we are available there.

Please write an email to hello@allup.app to raise the refund request. The reasons will be assessed to check if you are eligible for refund.

Following the approval of the refund request, the amount will take up to two weeks to be refunded to your account

All partner gyms visible on Allup must have the QR code available on the reception counter, in case you couldn't find them please check with the gym's reception. If you still couldn't find the QR please contact customer support who will contact the gym to check the issue.

Currently we do not have this option, it will be introduced in future app versions.
